Cries of a Broken Spirit

A June 10, 2015 release.

This title has been quite popular for the past two years in the Kindle version, and recently, has been requested in libraries in several states. Therefore, it has been made available in paperback, as well. It has also been expanded, now containing 100 pages of new material. I hope you enjoy reading it, keeping in mind that it is based on a true, heartbreaking story of alcoholism and suicide!

One Special Summer

My newest e-book, One Special Summer, is near and dear to my heart. Though fictional, it is based, loosely, as they say, on fact. And some of the facts are sweet memories that have been with me for many years and always will be.

Remembering Sadie

Introducing my newest E-Book. It's about a six-pound Yorkshire Terrier who brought a lot of joy to my family and me.
Sadie was special in every way: beautiful to look at, smart, and a wonderful companion. She was a member of our family for eleven years. It would be a crime not to give her a proper tribute!
Hope you enjoy her story.

Does God Want Us to Be Happy?

The Kindle version of this book has been out for almost a year, but the Paperback was just added today.
If you were one of those who said, "I don't have a Kindle," when it first came out, now you can have it in book form.
I think it would make a wonderful gift for someone who might be struggling with the question, "Does God Want Us to Be Happy?"

Unseen Angels

Unseen Angels

You might enjoy this story written by my Aunt Betty and me. It's about the things we used to do as kids when I visited her in the summertime. She lived in a southern West Virginia coal mining town. You wouldn't believe the things we did to entertain ourselves! Sometimes, looking back, I wonder how we survived.

We got into things we shouldn't have, but made a lot of unforgettable memories, too. They are precious to both of us!

Sweet Whispers of Youth

Poems - most of which I wrote when I was a young girl. I didn't expect to ever publish them but was urged by a friend and Mr. H. so I said, "Why not?"
I believe, by the way it's selling, that people must be enjoying the old poetry... or else they're having a good time reminiscing about the past as I do.
If you're interested, you can get it here - or at least read a preview and see if you'd like to buy it. It comes in both Paperback and Kindle. Take your pick.
Enjoy!
